MMC’s Management program, in the heart of New York City, develops the skills needed in both business and the liberal arts. The focus of the program is to articulate global, ethical and socially responsible perspectives and prepare students for leadership roles. The mission of the Management major is consistent with the College’s mission: To educate a socially and economically diverse student population by fostering intellectual achievement and personal growth. We accomplish this by giving each student the necessary skills to develop successful careers in business, government and non-profit institutions. The Bachelor of Science in Management program provides preparation for graduate studies or a career in business. All management majors take courses in the business core including basic accounting, economics, finance and marketing, while specializing in management.
