This course will examine the economic, social, political, legal, economic and cultural forces affecting globalization and its impact on diverse communities in and outside the US. A historical survey of theories of international trade, money, finance, investment, and recent trends and their impact on international business will be a central focus. The course will engage students in critically examining international business cultures and articulating implications for conducting business abroad through case studies and applied research.
