BUS 347 Corporate Finance

This course continues the study of the corporate finance function within the context of the theory of the firm introduced in BUS 309. Topics include capital budgeting, cost of capital, dividend policy, and financial leverage. The student will be introduced to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
