THTR 302 Scenic Design I
Aesthetics and practices of scene design will be studied with an emphasis on the theoretical, imaginative and analytical underpinnings of the design process. Activities of the class will focus on the various modes of execution available to present a design concept, historical context, production styles, organization and techniques of production. Lab work and design projects will be assigned which will enhance the development of collaborative skills. Open to non-majors by permission of the Instructor. Additional lab fee applies.
