ART 343 Advanced Typography
The purpose of this course is to explore typography in a more innovative way by relying on conceptual and critical thinking. The principles of typography are investigated through real world projects and applied to new technologies. Emphasis is placed on readability, hierarchy, organization and typographic expression. Problem-solving skills, process and research are integrated into three major projects. Additional lab fee applies.
