BUS 327 Retail Management

This retail management course focuses on developing knowledge of contemporary retail management issues at a strategic as well as a tactical level. The course is designed to help students understand the retail management process and its unique characteristics such as location planning and merchandise pricing. It will also provide contemporary retailing theory and research methods to illustrate key activities and the importance of consumer relationship management.
