BUS 345 Marketing Research

This course will introduce students to the basics of marketing research. Topics will include stages in the research process, research designs for data collection, measurement concepts, sampling designs and procedures, data analysis and presentation. It will also provide a brief overview of the roles of global information systems and the Internet in marketing research.
