The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) is a New York State-funded program that supports five years of undergraduate study. It is specifically designed for students who meet both the educational and economic guidelines established by the New York State Education Department (NYSED). HEOP provides supportive services and supplementary financial assistance to students who demonstrate potential for academic success.
