Diplomas and Transcripts
MMC diplomas will display the earned degree type (e.g. Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Science). Majors, concentrations, and minors are printed on the final academic transcript. Graduating seniors who pursue multiple majors with different degree types are required to select one degree type. Once the degree conferral process is complete and certified by the Registrar, the list of degree recipients is sent to a third party diploma printing company. The processing time for the diploma order and issuance of diplomas is approximately 60 days from the conferral of degrees (which is different from the end of the term). Diplomas or transcripts may be held due to failure to follow up with the Office of Academic Affairs for judicial or academic issues. Graduates with restrictions can view their online account for details or contact the Office of the Registrar at (646) 393-4155 for further guidance. For graduates who do not have any restrictions, the diploma will be delivered as requested on the graduate's online graduation application. When diplomas are shipped from our vendor, MMC graduates will receive an email notification indicating the graduate's certified digital diploma is ready for download.
