HIST 329 History Colloquium

Students will read and analyze exemplary historical texts as a way of more deeply understanding both the traditions and challenges of the discipline and contemporary best thinking and practice. The general purpose of the History Colloquium is to help students reach a more sophisticated understanding of the nature of history as a discipline and of the approaches and methods of historians.
