COMM 250 Introduction to Organizational Communication

This course examines the role of communication in the creation, development, and maintenance of organizations. Students will examine organizational structure, decision-making, persuasion, conflict management, diversity, leadership, communication technology, and networking. Students will explore communication as a crucial part of organizational processes; they will develop and apply analytic skills in relation to case studies and observations of actual organizational communication experiences.
