The Griffin Guide Student Handbook

ID Card and Campus Access

Students are issued MMC photo identification cards within their first week on campus. ID cards are required to be presented to Campus Safety whenever entering a MMC building or upon request by a College official. The cards and ID number can be used in the library and for using Dining Dollars. ID cards are active as long as a student is enrolled or on a maintenance of matriculation. Graduates can contact Neil Gouveia at ngouveia@mmm.edu for information on Alumni ID cards.

Lost or stolen ID cards should be reported immediately to Campus Safety at safety@mmm.edu or by filing a report at the 71st St. security desk. There will be a $20 fee posted to your student account. The fee will be waived if a police report accompanies the request for a new ID card.

All guests must provide valid photo identification, sign in at the security desk, and be announced. Residential students should refer to the Resident’s Guide to Community Living for guidelines on guests in the residence halls.
