The Dow Zanghi Student Health Center (“Health Center”) provides free primary care visits to MMC students, including treatment for colds, flu and minor injuries, physicals, STI/HIV testing and women’s health care services. Some tests and vaccinations are subject to fees, which the student can submit to their health insurance provider for reimbursement. Staffed by a physician assistant and a medical assistant, the Health Center is operated by Mount Sinai Beth Israel Business Health.

 

2025-26 Office Hours (During the Academic Year):

Monday:  9am-5pm, Telehealth Only Appointments (No staff on-site in the Health Center)

Thursdays: 9am-5pm, In-Person and Telehealth appointments 

MMC students may schedule an appointment via this link.

 

If you need to speak with someone with the Health Center, please email healthcenter@mmm.edu rather than dropping by the office.

In case of emergency, please contact 911 or take yourself to the nearest emergency department.

Closest Emergency Department to Main Campus:
NY Presbyterian/Weill Cornell: 525 East 68th Street (at York Avenue).

New York City Scholars

There are many urgent care facilities located around New York City. NYC Scholars may choose to utilize one of the local urgent care clinics listed on the Health Center website. To find a location near you, visit: CityMD.com or MountSinai.org.*
