EWL 112 World Literature: contexts
Literature offers readers the chance to immerse themselves in a world that is not their own. In this course, students will immerse themselves in one literary text for the entire semester, studying its language and literary conventions, and exploring its cultural and historical references. Students will also strengthen the essential skills of reading, analyzing, and writing about literature. All works will be read in English.
