SOC 210 Anthropology at Museums in New York City

Course will be an ethnographic survey of the world’s culture areas and will be oriented towards museum exhibits in New York City. Classroom lectures and assigned readings will be designed to complement and supplement several museum tours taken by the class. Students should be prepared to pay the nominal student admission fees to these museums.
