PHIL 317 Existentialism

This course examines major thinkers in the existentialist movement. Precursors such as Kierkegaard, Dostoevsky, Kafka, and Nietzsche are surveyed. Special emphasis is placed on the study of Heidegger, Jaspers, Marcel, and Sartre.
