Minor: Child Development and Creative Media, 18 Credits
The Child Development and Creative Media Minor will inform students about key areas in Psychology and in Child Development while also inviting students to explore the children’s media landscape through a theoretical and cultural lens and/or through TV, Video and creative media production. Students who pursue the “theoretical track” of the minor will delve into children’s media culture, literature and communication, while students pursuing the “production track” will begin to learn how to produce in the children’s media space.
