Learning Goals for the Studio Art Minor

After completing the minor in Studio Art, students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge and technical skills in a variety of studio practices
  • Apply visual language and aesthetic principles to express ideas 
  • Engage as informed observers and active participants in the critique and production of visual art
