THTR 415 Lighting Design III
Advanced studies in the aesthetics and practice of Lighting Design with reference to script breakdown and analysis, research, color theory, and concept development. We will continue to explore how to choose lighting equipment for various venues and utilize intelligent lighting equipment in order to execute design ideas for more complex projects. We will explore ways to create an open anti-racist, collaborative production environment. The class will study the history of Lighting design, including the latest advances in theater technology. For Majors only. Additional lab fee applies.
