PHIL 340 Ethics and Law

This course will introduce basic ethical theories and concepts that are frequently used to formulate and justify public policy and law, explore the relationship between ethics and law, examine how that relationship is manifested in contemporary public policy and legal issues, and study several court cases as they relate to the intersection of ethics and law.
