Student Success

The Office of Student Success is responsible for providing support, care and resources to aid in the development and success of our students through our new high touch program, LINK. LINK stands for Leadership, Innovation, Networking, and Knowledge, the four pillars of the program. LINK Advisors are assigned to first year students and will serve as one of their main campus resources, celebrate their victories, and guide students through any troubles they may encounter. LINK Advisors will work with students on both an individual basis and in a group setting. In addition, LINK Advisors will collaborate with faculty and liaison with several departments on campus to address the holistic needs of our students.
